Apologies for the late reply.

There is an ideology people can rally around: free healthcare, education and housing for all, progressive tax system and job creation, reducing work hours and greater supports for childcare.

Just because we don't have a name for it that doesn't carry a lot of unwanted baggage (i.e. socialism) doesn't mean it doesn't exist. We just need to find a way to rebrand it I guess. It's a marketing issue at this point.
