Exactly. Governments are vilified by the same corporations who, every few years, come looking for bailouts, subsidies and all other kinds of support, while demonizing the impoverished masses dependent on welfare to survive.

Neoliberalism has been very successful at convincing people to embrace their serfdom and deny themselves the opportunity to create real change in the system, by ridiculing and undermining any suggestion of structural reform as "socialist."

At this stage. who cares what label we put on it, socialist or otherwise, the entire socio-economic paradigm needs to be rebuild from the ground up!
