Hi Rachel, thanks for your comment! I agree that the focus on, and glorification of, youth has led to many grave issues in society and continues to cost us all dearly. We do not appreciate or respect our elders in the way that we should and this leads many over a certain age to grapple with very difficult situations, often alone.

You definitely have the right attitude - one which I believe more of us should adopt as we age, myself included!
