I'm sorry to hear that Gary. If it makes any difference, I'm a pacifist and I believe that we, as a species, are ready to transcend the pointless (and deeply primitive) violence of war and focus our resources and efforts on possibly figuring out more about the universe....or why we're all here in the first place.
I don't support genocide of any kind and I've grown fond of the school of thought that suggests we are all one consciousness experiencing life in a myriad of different ways.
My unwavering stance, since this terrible war began, has been that any opportunity to negotiate should be taken. Ukrainians are suffering massively, so are innocent Russian men who never wanted to fight, and so are a lot of people around the world who aren't even remotely involved in this conflict and don't even understand what it's all about.
End it quickly and quietly, I say, before more blood is needlessly shed and more lives destroyed.
Any victory in this scenario will be hollow and, no matter who "wins," we all lose in the end.
If you think pushing Russia to the brink of military disaster won't result in some kind of disastrous targeted nuclear kick-off, you're sorely mistaken.
Follow me or block me, doesn't make a difference. My loyalty lies only with the truth and the reality on the ground of millions suffering. Do with that what you will.
