Omg, in a post-capitalist world, engineers would work on fixing a train in record time and with record efficiency so that they could go home to their families, and there would be non of these "externalities"....hidden financial and environmental costs the profit-motive naturally encourages. There would be no bullshit hiring process either - u can do the job, u get the job.
