You're absolutely right Gary. Innocuous euphemisms are always used to disguise the terrifying nature of the reality we're currently living. I read before that it was the energy companies that actually lobbied to change the name from global warming to climate change in order to make the phenomenon sound like a much less horrific and imminent threat.

The term neoliberalism totally obfuscates the current economic paradigm it is supposed to denote; f**kyouintheass-ism would be much more accurate, because we all get screwed by this system one way or another.
